Thank you for your interest in hiring Biola candidates! Our professional staff is eager to help you achieve your organization’s recruitment goals. We offer a range of options to connect with us, including: (1) site visits, (2) credit-based internships (see below), (2) post position on BiolaLink, (3) annual events such as job fairs and networking events (see “Events”), (4) adhoc events by you submitting an Event Request Form to schedule an info table, workshop, presentation or interview session; afterward submit Event Recap Form. Credit-based internships
Credit-based internships are a partnership between your organization, a student, and one of our internship course numbers. Two things are distinctive about credit-based internships: (1) learning agreement, and (2) evaluations. A learning agreement (sample) includes student information, work description, faculty advisor information, site description, work description, supervisor information, duration, compensation, learning objectives, credits, and signatures. Interview sessions

- Our office will promote your position(s) to students, alumni and faculty of choice
- You will review résumés submitted through BiolaLink
- You will call candidates that you choose to interview
- You will interview candidates and perhaps offer position to one of them

Recruiting cycle
Our full-service Career Center is eager to help you recruit students and alumni year-round. Our students graduate twice a year, in May and December, and we have internship candidates available in the summer, fall, spring and winter.
Employment scope
Biola graduates combine achievement and integrity with hands-on work experience. They’re able to make meaningful contributions in every organization, industry, function and region of the world. There is no limit!

Internship Advisory Council
Biola is forming an Internship Advisory Council during the summer of 2012 that will comprise of employers, faculty, student leaders, and Career Development representatives. The Council’s purposes include proposing curricular and co-curricular improvements that will maximize Biolans’ marketability upon graduation.
